I've been trying to keep up with my scrap pages, but thought it was probably a good idea to take a break and play with my Bellas!! And I had nearly forgotten about the PJ Party (missed it since it was right during the time I get the girls ready for bed and then I wasn't even online anyway because I was scrappin' like crazy!) until yesterday evening when I was looking at the color challenge for this week. Luckily for me the deadline isn't until Sunday evening :D. Here are my cards for the challenges
SBPJ1 - Inspiration Challenge
Colors : Sweet Leaf, Baby Pink, Chocolate, Bamboo
Papers : Sweet Harmony
Stamps : Cupcakeabella (stamping bella), Curly Greetings, Random Thoughts
Accents : Ribbon, Brads
I liked the diamond motif and the colors in the dress that we were to use for inspiration so that's what I used :D Bella's dress and the cupcake wrapper are paper pieced from the same diamond pp.
SBPJ2 - Sketch Challenge
Colors : Cocoa, Hollyhock
Papers : Minds Eye, CTMH CS
Stamps : Rockabella, Rustic Flowers, Sans Alpha
Accents : Glitter, Rhinestones
This one was fun and quick once I figured out what I wanted to do. Glittered her guitar and added the rhinestones for bling :D
SBPJ3 - Favorite Things
Colors : Taffy, Orange, Sweet Leaf, Orchid Bouquet
Stamps : Flowahbella, Just Because, Friendship Blessings
Accents : Primas, Rhinestones, Ribbon, Glitter
This challenge was to use your favorite things, mine being flowers, rhinestones, and glitter. I also love polka dot ribbon and pink :D Flowahbella's dress and shoes are glittered and the background paper is random stamped with the Friendship Blessings set.
And for a little off topic stuff, Kari tagged me with a fun game. I haven't had a chance to play yet and it's way late so I'll try to do it later :D And Kim asked me if there's a place to subscribe to my blog. There isn't right now, but it's something that I'll probably look into later this week :D Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by!
Great Bella cards Marjorie!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Flowahbella and all her glitter!!!
Wow, these are all great, but I stopped and stared when I got to Flowerbella! I love how you stamped the images for the background and all the glittery, sparkly details. I never would have thought to put taffy and orange together, but it looks fabulous!
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing
